We often carry heavy burdens and the world around us can sometimes leave us feeling more anxious than loving or peaceful. Having a place to find rest, to connect with the truest and deepest parts of ourselves, and to practice Jesus’ way of love gives us the strength we need for the journey God has for each of us.

Selah is a contemplative prayer service led by musician and recording artist Jeff Johnson. During the pandemic Jeff released numerous Selah reflection videos, many of which can be found below.
Selah live and in person is intimate, God-focused and spiritual. It is full of traditional hymnody in the Celtic tradition, as well as original music from Jeff, readings from scripture, and extended periods of prayerful silence.
Selah is offered at St Aidan’s Episcopal Church Sunday nights at 5:00, once a quarter.
